We are trail riding to the beach again in August!
Saturday August 21st
Carne Asada lunch provided after our trail ride by our friends at D&J Ranch! BYO drinks and chair. (Water, ice and some tables provided.)
Cost is $20 cash per person "PRE-PAID" for the ride, lunch and amenites provided by the ranch. (Special Ranch waiver required.)
(Don't forget your tip for our TEWR boot after the ride please!)
(Do not RSVP if you cannot make this one, as the cost is "non-refundable" per D&J Ranch.)
This is an all day adventure, our modern day "wagon train" will leave Temecula at 9:00AM picking up our North County riders along the I15 at our usual on ramp. The ride is 3 hours long round trip with jungles, beach and "horse surfing" along 5 miles of shoreline! Bring a trail snack and water for yourself. Lunch will be served about 2:30PM upon our return to the ranch. You can leave whenever you like, but we must all arrive together per the ranch's request.
Once you RSVP you will receive emailed details specific to the ride the week before. No first time (TEWR) riders please, open only to those riders with a 2010 waiver currently on file. This is a popular ride for our members, if there is space available after August 15th new riders will be allowed.
This ride will close at 30 riders! We reserve the right to refuse riding priviledges with TEWR for issues related to safety at any time. TEWR Leadership Team

*New riders must be sponsored by an existing TEWR member
in good standing and turn in your TEWR waiver before the ride. Please
indicate in the "message to the ride planner" box on the RSVP form who your
sponsor is. This is for everyone's (horse and human) safety. TEWR waiver
and rules can be downloaded from the homepage. Your sponsor is your
resource for any questions you may have.
Sponsors you are responsible for the "new rider" you invite!
If they have any questions about the rides, TEWR practices or issues that may arise they need to go to you. Please make sure the person and horse that you invite is able to function at the riding, communication and responsibility level we require. Please remember there are only 2-5 new rider spots per ride and be considerate of others when taking these spots. Sponsors are also expected to ride with their new rider on the TEWR ride and assist/mentor them.
